Rules that get these approved
- Start every bullet with a lowercase "o " and a past-tense action verb.
- Formula: action + scope (how many / how much) + result. If there is no number, find one.
- No names of other Soldiers, no future tense, no "responsible for" phrasing.
- Match the bullet to the right attribute — readiness stats belong in Presence, training programs in Develops.
