Privacy Policy

RankWrites is a free writing aid. We keep data handling as minimal as the tool allows.

• No accounts. You never sign up, and we never collect names, emails, or service records.
• Generation requests. Text you submit is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to produce your draft and is not used to train models. Do not enter classified, CUI, or FOUO information.
• No storage of your drafts. Generated content is returned to your browser and not retained on our servers.
• Advertising. We show ads via Google AdSense, which may use cookies as described in Google's advertising privacy policies. You can opt out of personalized ads in your Google settings.
• Analytics. We may use aggregate, non-identifying traffic analytics to understand which tools are useful.
